How do I use the switch for my electrical opener?

If you press one button the window will open. If you push the other the window will close. If you push them both at the same time, the window will stop moving.

My electrical opener does not work. What do I do?

We recommend first of all to ensure the product has been correctly installed. In the Installing the electrical opener section you will find a photo series showing exactly how it should be installed. If the electrical opener does still not work after checking this carefully, we recommend you contact your point of purchase.
There is no cord to the switch included with my electrical opener. Why?

People need very different length of cords to a switch. It is therefore standard not to include this with this type of electrical products. Any standard cord with 3 wires can be used. It is recommended to find a cord with 3 different colours as this makes installation easier.
What is the guarantee on electrical openers?

There is a 10 year guarantee on electrical openers.
How much can my window open with an electrical opener?

Your window can open 25-30cm with an electrical opener.
Do the electrical opener change the perfomance of my window?

No the electrical opener will as such not change the performance of your roof window. However, you will no longer be able to operate the window manually (the handle is removed). Due to the chain the window will also be able to open less than previously.
What kind of power supply is needed?

You only need ordinary 220V power supply to run the electrica opener
How can I identify the electrical opener for my window?

Please see the metal plate on the top inside of the sash. This tells you what type of window you have. Your dealer can then help you locate the correct electrical opener for your window.
