Remove the handle

Remove the handle by removing the two screws

Remove the striking plate

Remove the striking plate by removing the one screw

Placing the motor

Place the motor on the frame, so the chain is right in front of the hole, which was previously used for the handle

Marking

Use a pencil or the like to mark, where to drill holes for the motor

Predrill

Predrill the four holes. Please make sure to use a size of drill that matches the screws

Screws and V-brackets

Apply the V-brackets and screws as shown. It is important to use the V-brackets to ensure the motor has the correct angle for operation

Fixing the motor

Fix the motor onto the window frame

Fixing plate

Remove the screw from the fixing plate

Fixing plate onto chain

Add the fixing plate onto the end of the chain (temporarily). This makes it easier to mark the points to drill holes

Marks for the fixing plate

Use a pencil to mark the placing of the fixing plate. The marks should be 35 mm from the top of the bottom sash as show in the image

Predrill

Predrill the two holes. Please make sure to use the correct size of drill matching the screws

Fix fixing plate

Fix the fixing plate (without the chain)

Fix the chain

Fix the chain to the fixing plate
