How to start

Remove the two screws fixing the top covering. The screws can be disposed off.

Making the holes watertight

Place the black butyl on the hole. Shape it into a ball and add onto the hole.

Install the awning blind

Place the awning blind on top of the top covering. Please make sure the holes on the blind are right above the holes in the top covering.

Fix the awning blind

Use the two new longer screws in the blind packaging to fix the awning blind

Prepare for hooks

Turn to the bottom of the sash. Remove the two screws from the bottom sash covering. Keep these screws as you will need them again!

Fix the hooks

Fix the hooks onto the bottom sash covering using the same screws

Test the blind

Pull the blind and fix it to the hooks

Done!

A job well done! Your awning blind will now protect you from heat and direct sunlight. The window can easily open while using the blind
